With the current condition of our state, we are offering front door, garage, or back porch delivery drop off. We are not going inside anyone’s homes at the present time. We will set up a two hour window on a particular delivery day. Our delivery service will take a picture of the product at your location and we do not have to have any contact on delivery if you prefer. There are some exceptions as this is a third party delivery service. Just let us know and we can try our best to help.

In the case of defects, the customer MUST contact the store within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We can replace the defective part or, if needed, the entire unit if parts are not available. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them. We will make every effort to resolve any issues.

If you decide that you would like to return the merchandise, you can under our return policy. This also must occur within the same 48 hours of receipt of goods.
